About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a newly acquired manufacturing platform at a pivotal stage, with a focus on building the finance function to support significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the financial infrastructure, reporting discipline, and decision support necessary to scale the business. This role is not about maintaining the status quo; it is a strategic position that involves professionalizing the finance function, improving visibility, and supporting acquisition activities. The ideal CFO will have a background in ambitious, growth-oriented manufacturing businesses, with experience in full P&L partnership, board-level reporting, and a strong financial control orientation. The role demands a leader who can drive both organic growth and operational improvement, and who is capable of leading a team while remaining hands-on when required. Success in this role is defined by the ability to help the business mature, scale, and create enterprise value. The CFO will be expected to establish a best-in-class finance function, enhance the quality and speed of business insights, and increase accountability and operating visibility. Long-term success will involve delivering the growth plan, integrating multiple acquisitions, and positioning the company for a successful exit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, forecasting, and control, and experience in a high-accountability corporate environment, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Skills in multi-site growth, add-on acquisitions, pricing, and systems build-out are highly valuable, with a background in lean manufacturing also being beneficial.
