About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and take ownership of all financial aspects, including finance, accounting, fund strategy, and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy in line with business objectives and growth initiatives. This role involves leading capital markets, funding, liquidity management, and lender relationships, as well as overseeing portfolio analytics, financial performance monitoring, and profitability analysis. The CFO will also be involved in key decisions that impact loan performance, fund relationships, and long-term expansion initiatives, and must have a strong background in specialty finance, consumer lending, auto finance, fintech, or related lending environments. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced designation strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing banking, capital provider, investor, and lender relationships, and a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and performance measurement. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with executive teams to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The CFO will also be expected to present financial performance and strategic initiatives to various stakeholders, including boards of directors, investors, and lenders.
