Apartment Leasing And Front Desk Coordinator
Oxford Solutions is hiring a professional and personable Apartment Leasing and Front Desk Coordinator for a residential property in Pittsburgh's Oakland area. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant service, or office reception.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Receive, organize, and distribute resident packages
- Schedule appointments and property viewings
- Provide tours of available apartments and community amenities
- Assist with leasing paperwork and administrative tasks
- Support marketing efforts for available units
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, leasing, or reception experience
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work occasional weekend hours
