At ShippyPro, you'll join the Engineering Team and work with Product, Marketing, and Sales to build the systems behind how we acquire, convert, and scale customers globally. ShippyPro is building the AI operating system for shipping and fulfillment. Our platform helps merchants automate and orchestrate the entire delivery workflow – from carrier selection and label generation to tracking, returns, delivery intelligence, and post-purchase operations. We connect e-commerce platforms, carriers, warehouses, and logistics systems into one unified infrastructure powered by automation, data, and AI-driven workflows. Our goal is simple: remove operational complexity and help teams make faster, smarter, and more autonomous shipping decisions at scale.

Modern GTM teams are slowed down by disconnected systems, repetitive workflows, and too much manual work. We're looking for an engineer who wants to build the infrastructure behind growth. You'll create automations, AI workflows, integrations, attribution systems, and internal tools that help Marketing, Sales, and Product move faster and smarter. You'll experiment constantly, test new ideas quickly, and use engineering to unlock growth opportunities across the company.

Most engineers who care about GTM end up stuck in a choice: go deep on engineering, or go work in marketing and lose the technical edge. At ShippyPro, you don't have to pick. You'll sit inside the Engineering Team while working directly on the systems that drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion. Your work will have a direct line to revenue – not through three layers of stakeholders, but through the funnels, agents, and integrations you ship yourself. AI isn't a tool we bolt on at the end here – it's native to how we work. You'll experiment with MCP servers, LLM-powered workflows, and agents as a normal part of the job, in a market that's massive, global, and still full of inefficiencies waiting to be engineered away.

What You'll Do

• Build internal GTM tools, automations, and workflows
• Connect APIs across CRM, product, analytics, marketing, and outbound systems
• Develop AI-powered workflows and agents
• Experiment with MCP servers, integrations, and AI tooling
• Improve attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle operations
• Support rapid experimentation across acquisition and conversion initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and solve them through engineering

What You'll Bring

• Several years of engineering experience
• Strong interest in GTM, marketing, sales, and growth systems
• Experience with APIs, integrations, automations, and internal tooling
• Builder mentality – you prefer shipping over overthinking
• Strong curiosity around AI workflows, agents, MCP ecosystems, and LLM-powered operations
• Fast execution and experimentation mindset
• Comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly

Tools & Technologies You're Comfortable With

• Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native environments
• Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages
• APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and integrations
• HubSpot APIs, CRM systems, or GTM tooling
• AI workflows, orchestration systems, MCP servers, or agents
