Dental Client Acquisition Consultant (Commission Only)

Desort is expanding within the Dental industry and seeking motivated professionals to join us as Dental Client Acquisition Consultants.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships with dental practices, identifying business needs, and creating long-term partnerships. You will focus on developing new business opportunities with general dentists, DSOs, orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and specialty practices.

This is a performance-driven role with full flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

Important: This is a commission-only position with no base salary or guaranteed pay.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with dental practice owners, administrators, and decision-makers
• Generate new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and outreach
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective dental clients
• Conduct discovery calls to understand practice needs and growth goals
• Present Desort's talent solutions and create customized partnership proposals
• Negotiate agreements and close new business
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental clients
• Drive repeat business, referrals, and portfolio expansion
• Track activity and performance in the CRM
• Collaborate with Desort's internal team to support client success

Qualifications

• Experience in dental sales, healthcare sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Ability to manage the full business development cycle independently
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, or lead-generation tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with commission-only compensation
