Client Acquisitions Specialist (Inside Sales)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Acquisitions Specialist (Inside Sales) based in United States.

This is a high-volume, outbound sales role focused on turning warm leads into new customers and driving measurable revenue growth.
You’ll engage directly with pet owners nationwide, communicate the value of innovative pet healthcare solutions, and guide prospects toward conversion.
The role is ideal for a competitive, motivated salesperson who enjoys targets, fast-paced environments, and continuous improvement.
You’ll develop strong skills in prospect engagement, objection handling, pipeline management, and modern sales techniques.
Working closely with sales leadership, you’ll help refine scripts, share successful tactics, and improve conversion strategies.
The position offers a remote-first environment, structured coaching, and clear opportunities to progress into more senior sales roles.
Weekend availability is required, with two designated weekdays off.

Accountabilities:

• Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls and outreach to warm leads.
• Present compelling value propositions and confidently communicate the benefits of available pet healthcare services to prospective customers.
• Build rapport quickly with pet owners, identify their needs, and guide conversations toward successful conversions.
• Handle objections effectively and use proven sales techniques to consistently achieve or exceed weekly conversion targets.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clean customer records.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts, improve pitch strategies, and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates.
• Continuously apply coaching and feedback to strengthen sales performance and develop advanced closing skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, phone-based client acquisition, or another target-driven customer engagement environment.
• Availability to work weekends, with two designated weekdays off.
• Strong coachability, resilience, competitiveness, and motivation to continuously improve sales performance.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities, or a demonstrated willingness to develop these skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-oriented environment where performance is measured against clear conversion goals.
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating CRM systems and modern sales tools in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate pipeline information independently.
