This remote role offers the flexibility of working from home while being affiliated with a school-based team. Our organization supports work-life balance as a core value, allowing for scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to the needs of the client population.
\n
• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather relevant social, environmental, and health histories, creating a comprehensive client profile for effective treatment.
\n
• Evaluate and address issues such as depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, and family dynamics within your practice scope, coordinating care with other professionals as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention and short-term stabilization for clients, referring them to community services and resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and mutual respect, ensuring a non-judgmental space for clients to express their concerns.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols and legal guidelines.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans as needed to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Participate in case reviews and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to amplify the quality of services provided.
\n
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment to continuously improve care delivery.

• Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by management to further organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and adolescents within school settings, addressing mental health issues that impact their academic and social experiences. You will serve diverse populations, considering cultural and individual differences in your counseling approach to ensure that you meet each client's unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• At least four years of relevant experience in clinical social work, preferably in a similar environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior counseling experience that focuses on behavioral mental health treatments, including but not limited to mood disorders, substance abuse, grief counseling, and family therapy.

• Experience working in educational settings or with young populations, demonstrating an understanding of school dynamics and challenges.

• Competence with using various electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
