Work Environment\n

As a remote position primarily focused in the educational setting, you will connect virtually or in-person with students and families, working collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and other mental health professionals. The flexibility of this position allows you to tailor your work schedule primarily within school hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring that each treatment approach is tailored to the child’s background and needs, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages honesty and vulnerability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Washington state license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with the ability to practice independently.
