Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for clients presenting with behavioral health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Accurately document client progress through timely completion of progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Regulate counseling services while maintaining a professional demeanor that fosters trust and respect within the therapeutic relationship.

• Stay compliant with organizational policies, service provider agreements, and relevant licensing regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health conditions. You will work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others, focusing on each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these clients through their healing journeys, learning the intricacies of their lived experiences while guiding them toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license to practice in Washington state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
