Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Engage in regular communication with healthcare providers, including physicians and psychiatric professionals, to coordinate client care and share progress reports.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and promptly according to clinic policies, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing evidence-based interventions to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, equipping them with essential coping strategies and self-care practices to enhance their emotional wellbeing.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that support the development of individualized discharge plans and transition care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, presenting with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting is essential to qualify for this role.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
