Key Responsibilities\n

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions directly to clients, either in virtual settings or during school outreach programs.

• Effectively collaborating with colleagues and community partners to achieve shared goals and improve client care.

• Implementing evidence-based screening tools during initial consultations and arranging for further evaluations when necessary.

• Creating and guiding the execution of integrated care plans that consider clients' comprehensive needs, ensuring seamless access to additional resources and services.

• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment, ensuring appropriate discharge and follow-up protocols are maintained.

• Participating in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Voice Counseling aims to attract talented individuals by offering a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
