Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Impact Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and create individualized treatment plans that respect each patient’s cultural background and specific needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making timely adjustments to strategies to address any barriers to progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records through current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining patient confidentiality.
