Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Develop comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and implement strategies aimed at helping clients meet and exceed their personal mental health goals.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely, including treatment plan evaluations, progress notes, and diagnosis according to state regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of professionals, including educators and mental health practitioners, to promote holistic interventions that support mental health and well-being in the school community.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and support clients in navigating challenging life situations through compassionate and evidence-informed approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will primarily consist of school-aged children and adolescents, including those who face various socio-economic challenges. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Your ability to understand and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds will be pivotal in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, which is commensurate with your experience and caseload complexity.
