Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients presenting with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both through virtual consultations and community outreach.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to inform integrated care plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans while ensuring that all care addresses the unique needs identified by each client.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals to enhance student outcomes and establish supportive interventions.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and provide guidance during moments of acute distress for students and their families.

• Regularly document treatment sessions, client progress, and outcomes through our secure electronic health record system to maintain compliance and facilitate care continuity.

• Contribute to team discussions and strategic planning aimed at improving service delivery and assessing overall agency performance.

• Ensure timely completion of case notes and reports to support the administrative functions of Prime Health Counseling, LLC.

Qualifications\n
