Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing established methods such as interviews and standardized questionnaires.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that consider individual goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.

• Provide individual and family counseling to assist clients in overcoming barriers and accessing essential resources.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create effective strategies to address issues unique to their circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary.

• Work in partnership with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services and advocate for clients' needs.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences, training sessions, and case reviews to enhance service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on students and their families who may be experiencing various social challenges. Through a trauma-informed lens, you will provide support to individuals facing issues such as academic stress, family disruption, and mental health concerns, ensuring they have access to comprehensive services that promote their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a signing bonus to newly hired social workers.
