Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients, performing clinical assessments and providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their specific needs and presenting problems.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, encouraging open dialogue and creating a safe space for them to discuss their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive and integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to inform treatment strategies and ensure appropriate service alignments.

• Monitor and document client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure adherence to best practices and healthcare standards.

• Participate in and facilitate crisis intervention efforts and provide on-call support during and after program hours, as needed.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through active involvement in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and operational excellence.

• Ensure timely completion of reports and data submissions to maintain compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
