Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of impactful activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments: You will gather detailed information to understand each patient's needs and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Providing psychotherapy: You will administer various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to each unique situation.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records: You will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, keeping meticulous documentation of care and treatment progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team: Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver holistic care to our clients, discussing treatment adjustments based on comprehensive insights.

• Facilitating family support: Provide guidance and education to families about mental health challenges, intervention strategies, and community resources that can assist them in supporting their loved ones.

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives: Attend regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights on innovative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients within the community, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health disorders. You will address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more, tailoring your approach to meet the specific cultural and social needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.

• Competence in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse patient population.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence and ethical practices in mental health care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
