Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including:

• Directly engaging with clients in both office settings and community environments to provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges.

• Developing individualized care plans, ensuring that each client accesses the necessary resources and support services.
\n
• Conducting thorough assessments, using both evidence-based practices and established screening tools to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals and educational staff to create a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children, adolescents, and families within the school system who face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will provide culturally competent care that respects and understands diverse backgrounds and incorporates their unique experiences into treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
