Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities await for dynamic Speech Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding contract role working with elementary students. This full-time assignment begins in August 2026 and runs through May 2027, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact while collaborating closely with academic teams in a supportive school environment.

You’ll work with elementary-aged children, guiding them through therapy and evaluation, while managing a caseload of approximately 65 students. The structure is designed to foster flexibility: you may split your time between two schools and have the autonomy to plan your own schedule, ensuring both variety and a personalized routine.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required; will consider strong CFs)
• School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to assess and provide therapy for elementary-age children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time, onsite throughout the duration of the contract
• SLPAs are not being accepted at this time

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech therapy and conduct evaluations for a diverse caseload
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
• Flexibly coordinate schedules across two school sites
