Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two onsite speech-language pathologists are needed to collaborate within a dynamic educational setting, supporting a combined caseload of approximately 65 students. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Kansas SLP license (CF considered; SLPAs not accepted)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially with elementary-age students, a plus
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, evaluation, and delivering individualized therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Organizational skills to manage a full caseload and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and conduct evaluations for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines
• Manage scheduling efficiently, splitting time between two school sites as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective interventions
