Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two dynamic positions are available for dedicated professionals passionate about fostering communication skills in young learners. This role spans the full school year and offers the flexibility to plan your own schedule while working across two school sites with a manageable caseload.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Kansas SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Familiarity with both therapeutic intervention and evaluation practices in educational settings
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for independent scheduling
• Commitment to using evidence-based practices to support student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy for elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Split weekly hours between two local schools while managing a caseload of around 65 students
• Document progress and maintain collaborative communication with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and district regulations regarding speech-language services
• Actively participate in school meetings and support ongoing programming for student success
