Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your caseload will consist of approximately 65 students across two elementary locations. Enjoy the autonomy to organize your own schedule as you split your time between schools. Your primary responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions and evaluations for students in need of specialized communication support.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Kansas SLP license (or eligible for licensure by start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to organize therapeutic services and manage documentation in a timely manner
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children in educational settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
• Document student progress and prepare IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
• Travel between two school sites and maintain flexibility in schedule planning
• Engage in parent meetings, team conferences, and professional development as assigned
