Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, analyzing mental health concerns, personal strengths, and support resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, based on evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that outline specific goals and therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and coordinated care for each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including safety planning when urgent situations arise.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and outcomes as per ethical and legal guidelines.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, enhancing clients' understanding and management of their mental health.
