Integrator (Chief Operating Officer)

About the Role
Iva Norris operates as Founder and Visionary across a portfolio of real estate development, capital-raising, and mission-driven nonprofit ventures, including the ReStory Recovery & Workforce Village, ReStory Foundation (survivor housing and trauma recovery), a fractional real estate investment platform, and multiple land development projects and an aviation community venture. We are hiring an Integrator to own execution, operations, and accountability across these entities so the Visionary can focus on capital, relationships, and mission expansion.
This is not a traditional COO role sitting inside one company — it's a portfolio-operator role sitting across several related ventures with a shared founder and shared mission.
What You'll Own
* Run the weekly Level 10 leadership meeting and the company scorecard across all entities
* Translate Iva's vision and priorities into a quarterly Rocks plan, and hold every owner (including yourself) accountable to it
* Own day-to-day execution on active deals: _Alabama Village licensing/refinance timeline, fractional investment raise logistics, land development milestones_
* Build and maintain the org chart, accountability chart, and process documentation as the ventures scale
* Manage the operations team — clarify roles, remove roadblocks, resolve conflict
* Interface with lenders, attorneys, and investors on operational (non-deal-structuring) matters and deadlines
* Be the "does it actually get done" check on every commitment made across the portfolio
Who You Are
* 5+ years operating or running execution for a real estate, development, or multi-entity organization
* Track record of taking a scattered set of priorities and turning them into a sequenced, executed plan
* Comfortable with regulated/licensed facility operations, bank/lender timelines, and nonprofit governance basics — or able to learn fast
* Determined, decisive, direct, dependable, organized — someone who does not need to be chased
* Loyal, humble, coachable, and mission-aligned with survivor housing and workforce development work
* Bonus: experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), capital raises, or licensed residential facilities
* The payment is depending of the experience; we can go 10 per hour
