Senior Payroll Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing for employees across multiple locations and entities.
• Manage payroll tax compliance activities including filings reporting reconciliations and year end requirements.
• Partner with human resources finance benefits and other departments to ensure accurate payroll data and employee payments.
• Develop scalable payroll processes controls and procedures that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.
• Oversee payroll systems vendors and process improvement initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience including leadership responsibility within large and complex organizations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of payroll regulations tax requirements and payroll administration best practices.
• Possess experience managing payroll systems implementations upgrades and technology related projects.
• Maintain strong understanding of payroll controls compliance requirements and audit procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with cross functional business partners.
