Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our vibrant outpatient office located in Sayreville, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patient conditions and developing tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.
• Providing expert consultation to interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers regarding the continuum of patient care.
• Implementing and supervising evidence-based treatment programs while adhering to productivity requirements.
• Documenting all treatments and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and submitting charges for services rendered.
• Engaging in patient education, ensuring clients and their families understand discharge plans and instructed exercises.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy services and educate the public about wellness.
• Mentoring and supervising support staff, including Physical Therapy Aides, to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Attending regular staff meetings to contribute to team discussions and coordinate care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• BLS certification is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
