Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Healthactions Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, ensuring alignment with patient goals.
• Providing ongoing assessments of patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment process.
