Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using established testing protocols to gauge patients' physical abilities and mobility challenges.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance recovery and improve patients' mobility.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure each patient receives adequate attention and personalized care throughout their treatment journey.
• Offer evidence-based interventions and continuous motivation to foster patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans accurately in the EMR system.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and incorporate innovative practices into your treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including athletes and active individuals seeking rehabilitation and recovery from injuries, as well as those with chronic pain or mobility impairments. Your expertise will help empower these individuals to return to their daily activities and improve their functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic care is essential.
• Exceptional skill in various manual therapy techniques and a track record of developing successful exercise programs.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to patient care.
• No history of sanctions or disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sports rehabilitation or orthopedic clinics is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
