Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care tailored to each patient's specific goals and needs, enhancing their recovery journey.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure you can dedicate adequate time to each session, fostering deeper patient relationships.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques.
• Employ cost-effective treatment methods to improve clients' mobility, emphasizing non-surgical interventions to reduce medication dependence.
• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' unique requirements and lifestyles.
• Continuously assess and adapt treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Document all services and treatments accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment, instilling confidence and a sense of empowerment in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver holistic care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with are primarily individuals seeking rehabilitation for sports injuries, postoperative recovery, and chronic pain management. Our clientele ranges from active athletes to older adults, each requiring customized therapeutic intervention to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your role will directly influence their recovery, promoting a path toward optimal physical health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional knowledge and proficiency in diverse manual therapy techniques.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, specifically Web PT, for documenting patient care accurately.

Preferred Experience

• A background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with current research and techniques in physical therapy, ensuring that all methods are evidence-based.
• Demonstrated success in managing a patient caseload effectively while fostering quality care.

Compensation and Benefits
