Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients who are recovering from injuries, illness, or surgeries within the outpatient office setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate exercise, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and the usage of therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize clinical assessments to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and set new therapeutic goals as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions, including treatment responses and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Equip patients with assistive devices when necessary, and provide comprehensive training to patients, families, and healthcare teams on the effective use of these devices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and maintaining current knowledge of physical therapy advancements.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
