Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs in an outpatient setting.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate intervention strategies such as exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document patient progress and response to treatments, and adapt therapy strategies as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide coaching and education to patients, families, and caregivers about exercises, the use of assistive devices, and effective self-care practices.
• Stay current with new therapeutic techniques and best practices through professional development and continuous education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young children to older adults, all managing various physical challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals recover from traumatic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain conditions, focusing on building their strength and mobility to lead fuller lives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid State License to practice.
• At least two years of experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of rehab methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relay treatment plans and progress to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in utilizing computer systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Strong adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly focused on manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with providing care to a varied patient population with complex medical histories.
• Previous mentorship experience, particularly with new graduates entering the field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
