Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Kaiser Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for guiding patients through physical rehabilitation with the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in the implementation of care plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and state regulations.

• Assess clients' home environments and recommend modifications to enhance their independence and facilitate their rehabilitation.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic exercises and support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering motivation and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team during case conferences to optimize the collective treatment approach.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
