Work Environment

This position is located onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility, which features state-of-the-art treatment areas and advanced rehabilitation technologies. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient evaluations, ensuring treatment plans align with each patient's unique goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, dedicating adequate time and resources to each patient for effective therapy.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, focusing on orthopedic diagnoses and rehabilitation protocols.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Utilize cost-effective treatments that enhance mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of patient care using EMR software, specifically Web PT, to ensure clear communication and compliance.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
• Foster a supportive and motivational environment, encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will focus on helping these patients regain strength, flexibility, and function through personalized interventions. You will play a vital role in empowering patients to take control of their rehabilitation and lifestyle, promoting health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapist license, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience with EMR systems, especially Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Strong understanding of current physical therapy practices supported by research, ensuring the implementation of best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, enhancing your ability to address diverse patient needs effectively.
• Additional certifications in specialized manual therapy techniques or rehabilitation strategies are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
