Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy treatments, utilizing specific modalities and activities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans that promote recovery and achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest professional standards.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and pain management strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, maintaining compliance with facility protocols and insurance regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a varied patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and the elderly, all of whom are overcoming orthopedic challenges. Your work will encompass rehabilitation after surgeries such as joint replacements, post-traumatic care, and management of chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or certification in physical therapy, reflecting your qualified status to practice.
