Our facility spans 5,000 square feet, providing advanced equipment and a welcoming atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation. With a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, we primarily serve patients covered by private medical insurance, ensuring accessible care for our community.

Work Environment

You will work onsite in our well-equipped clinic, collaborating with a close-knit team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment that allows for consistent patient interaction and care. Our facility includes dedicated treatment zones, private therapy rooms, and an exceptional area designed specifically for sports medicine and rehabilitation, enhancing the patient experience and optimizing recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to establish patient goals and determine the best treatment strategies.
• Manage a patient care caseload effectively, typically maintaining a patient load of one individual per hour.
• Utilize your orthopedic knowledge to develop tailored care plans that incorporate various physical therapy methods and interventions.
• Focus on cost-effective treatment alternatives, minimizing reliance on medications through non-surgical methods aimed at enhancing mobility.
• Create and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Provide continuous motivation and support to patients throughout their treatment, fostering their commitment to recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive records of treatment services, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on patient progress.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a wide range of patients, primarily those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with individuals of various ages, from active adults to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license with no recorded instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically proficiency in WebPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive rapport with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated experience in tailoring fitness and rehabilitation programs to individual patient requirements.
• A background in sports medicine is highly desirable, given the nature of our services and patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
