Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs within the primary care setting, utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

• Provide behavioral health services tailored to individuals, couples, and families. This includes conducting intakes, evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering counseling, and implementing crisis interventions as needed.

• Maintain a proactive approach in identifying patients at risk, including administering suicide risk assessments, and escalating concerns to relevant healthcare providers.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to local resources and community agencies, facilitating referrals to additional supports, such as medication assistance programs and social services.

• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to develop data collection processes that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-age children and adolescents, as well as their families, addressing a range of behavioral health issues from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders. Your role is to provide supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of young clients, ensuring they are equipped to manage their emotional and social challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is essential for this role.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of effective counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to exercise independent judgment when providing direct services.

• Experience in school mental health settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits provided include:
