Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) in Washington State.

• At least one year of experience in behavioral or mental health settings, demonstrating applied knowledge and expertise.

• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear documentation and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the skill and commitment you bring to our team.
