Temp to Hire Opportunity / $28-$30 per hour (No Commission Position)

We are hiring a Sales Support Associate. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, order processing, and administrative support experience . You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring excellent customer communication, and managing order fulfillment through an inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and receptionist support (greet visitors, answer and route calls)
• Serve as a liaison between customers and sales teams , ensuring prompt responses
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and order status updates
• Perform accurate data entry and order management using ERP/inventory systems
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
• Support the Sales Support Manager with administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with office supply ordering and general office coordination
• Help drive sales performance goals for house accounts and distributors
• Support territory managers in achieving company sales targets
• Maintain clear communication and keep stakeholders informed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software
• Familiarity with order processing systems is a plus
