Part time Weekend Receptionist

Aria of Brookfield is seeking a receptionist to join our team. Hours: 2pm-8pm. Essential Job Functions Answers phones and operates a switchboard. Routes calls to facility departments. Takes and relays messages to facility departments. Sends emails and faxes. Greets visitors warmly and ensures they are comfortable. Ensures reception is tidy. Coordinates mail flow in and out of the facility. Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable receipts. Hands out employment applications. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure. Prior work experience handling receptionist responsibilities is preferred. Benefits Offered Professional Work Environment.
