Morla Law Group, P.A. is a boutique Tampa law firm practicing family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury. We are seeking an experienced, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and legal staff. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office on West Kennedy Boulevard.

Responsibilities

• Handle rollover calls from the receptionist, including client status inquiries, intake questions, and message taking in both English and Spanish.
• Electronically file pleadings, motions, and other documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, and monitor filing confirmations and portal correspondence.
• Scan, label, and save incoming documents to the firm's electronic client files and case management system, keeping records organized and easy to retrieve.
• Process inbound and outbound mail, including date-stamping and routing incoming correspondence, preparing certified mail and courier packages, and maintaining mailing logs.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including calendaring, client appointment scheduling, document preparation, and file maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of administrative or office support experience; law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, able to read, write, and speak both languages at a professional level.
• Working knowledge of the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, or demonstrated ability to learn it quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, multi-function scanners, and cloud-based document storage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and consistent discretion in handling confidential client information.

Schedule and Compensation

Full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site at our Tampa office. $40,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus paid time off.
