Responsibilities Maintain excellent client communication and develop strong, trusting relationships with clients. Positively represent our firm and brand in court, in the community, and online. Manage a caseload from start to finish. Conduct potential client interviews and develop a tailored strategy for each case. Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial. Handle discovery and manage document review and case preparation. Review pleadings, motions, and orders, and conduct legal research as needed. Participate in regular trauma-informed care training. Become a trained mediator and complete collaborative family law training. Job Details Qualifications 3+ years of family law practice. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
