We are recruiting for the following position:The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointmentsRegister patients and accurately enter demographic informationCollect patient payments and maintain accurate recordsAssist patients with forms, services, and referrals to community resourcesSupport back-office staff to help address clinical quality measure gapsMaintain a clean, organized front desk and patient waiting areasQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious medical or dental front office experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipmentFast-paced clinic environment with frequent patient interaction.Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays as neededWhat We Offer:MedicalDentalVisionPrescription coverageLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays.We also offer 401(k)/Retirement options and an exciting opportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment.
