Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patients ranging from newborn to geriatric
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly in a critical access hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Make critical nursing judgments independently while maintaining documentation accuracy
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rural hospital environment
• Contribute to a small, close-knit team in a vital community healthcare setting

What You Need

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or eligible
• ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing with cardiac monitoring
• ED experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a small hospital setting

• Rural healthcare experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Motivation to learn and grow within the nursing profession
