Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $31.00 - $43.00/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Manage and educate patients on pain control and treatment plans.
• Administer medications accurately, following the SIX (6) medication rights.
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform treatments within scope of licensure.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret hemodynamic data, and respond quickly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

What You Need

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience in acute care, ER, or Med/Surg preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under stress
