Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients.

• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients’ needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients' individual preferences or accessibility challenges, ensuring all clients have access to care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that aligns with ethical standards and enhances client outcomes, documenting session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, enhancing your skills and staying current with therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population consisting of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges. You will work with clients facing issues such as trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, family relationship dynamics, and life transition struggles. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, counselors can expect:
