\n \nWe are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in our Coral Gables office.
\n \nJob Summary
\n \nThe Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys by managing key aspects of cases, ensuring the efficient handling of records, trial preparation, and expert coordination. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \n• Subpoena Preparation & Processing: Draft, issue, and track subpoenas; coordinate service of process and manage records production.
\n• Expert Retention & Packages: Assist with retaining expert witnesses, coordinate communication, compile expert reports, and assist with deposition and trial preparation.
\n• Trial Preparation: Organize and prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and demonstrative evidence; assist attorneys with case logistics.
\n• Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines.
\n• Discovery Support: Assist with document review, drafting and responding to discovery requests.
\n• Court Filings: File pleadings and motions in state and federal courts using e-filing systems.
\n• Administrative Support: Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
\n \nQualifications & Skills
\n \n• Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certification is required.
\n• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal setting.
\n• Strong knowledge of subpoena procedures, court rules, and civil litigation processes.
\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and legal research tools.
\n• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
\n• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
\n• Experience with trial preparation and expert witness coordination is highly preferred.
