Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, establishing baseline metrics to inform treatment decisions.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ goals, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for each participant.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, applying therapeutic techniques to de-escalate acute incidents and provide immediate support.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of adults seeking help for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• No history of disciplinary actions from the relevant licensing board.
