About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Industrials coverage team. This role is pivotal in leading the day-to-day execution of M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions, and involves developing and reviewing complex financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering client-facing presentations, conducting in-depth industry and company analysis within key Industrials subsectors, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of transactions. Additionally, the role includes supporting the structuring and underwriting of debt and equity financings, overseeing due diligence processes, and contributing to idea generation and client coverage efforts. The Vice President will also be expected to mentor and manage junior banking professionals. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 6 years' of investment banking or related corporate finance experience, with a strong background in M&A and/or leveraged finance/capital markets transactions. Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities are essential, as is a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication, client management skills, and experience with financial tools such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or FactSet are also required. While not mandatory, prior exposure to the Industrials sector is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a proactive approach, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a commitment to professional development, including the ability to obtain FINRA licenses.
