Project Coordinator

Duration: 14+ Months Location: TX-Plano Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers. Responsibilities Scheduling and Meetings: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take clear meeting notes Documentation: Maintain accurate project files, update task lists, and share relevant reports with stakeholders Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between team members, the project manager, and clients Progress Tracking: Monitor deadlines, track resource use, and alert management to potential roadblocks Budget Support: Help track project expenses, review financial documents, and process basic paperwork Qualifications Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect different departments Organization: Excellent multi-tasking abilities and close attention to detail Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software and familiarity with Project Management Templates and Tools Education: High school diploma with relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field The pay range for this role is $27/hr to $32/hr.
