Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Design individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring they align with their goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat clients effectively.

• Continuously monitor client progress, documenting changes and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a wide variety of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will be working with diverse populations, including vulnerable groups such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your role will focus on building rapport, understanding individual experiences, and empowering clients toward effective recovery strategies.

Qualifications\n
